What is BINGE IPTV?

BINGE IPTV is a subscription service that delivers television over your internet connection instead of an aerial, satellite dish or cable. You subscribe for a fixed term, we send you the details your player app needs, and you watch on a device you already own.

How does an IPTV subscription work?

Television channels are sent to your device as internet data, in the same way a video streaming site works. Your subscription gives you access to a playlist. You enter that playlist into a compatible player app, the app loads the channel list, and you choose what to watch from there.

Which devices can I use?

Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, Android TV and Google TV, Apple TV, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and Windows or Mac computers. Each one needs a compatible IPTV player installed, and our Compatible Devices page explains what that means for your particular device.

How do I install a compatible IPTV player?

On most devices you install the player from the device’s own app store, open it, and enter the playlist details we send you. Fire TV devices can also sideload a player using Amazon’s Downloader app. Our installation guides cover each route step by step, and you can read them before ordering.

Can I use one subscription on several devices?

That depends on how many simultaneous connections your subscription includes. Message us before you order and tell us how many screens you want to watch on at once, and we will confirm exactly what your plan allows rather than leaving you to guess.

What internet connection do I need?

A stable connection matters more than a fast one. As a rough guide, allow around 10 Mbps for standard definition and high definition, and around 25 Mbps for 4K, per stream. A wired connection is steadier than Wi-Fi, and being far from the router is the most common cause of trouble we see.

How will I receive my setup instructions?

We send them through the same channel you used to order, which for most customers is WhatsApp. They arrive once your order is confirmed, and they include the details for your player app plus the written guide for your device.

How do I contact customer support?

Message us on WhatsApp using any of the buttons on this site, or call +44 7868 240819. Tell us the device you are using and what you are seeing on screen, and a photograph of the error helps more than a description.

How do I renew my subscription?

Nothing renews automatically. When you are ready to continue, message us and we will extend the same subscription so you keep your existing setup. There is no need to reinstall anything or re-enter your details.

What should I do if my stream buffers?

Work through it in order: restart the player app, restart the device, then restart your router. If it only happens on one channel, the problem is that source rather than your setup. If it happens on everything, test the same subscription on a phone using mobile data — if that plays cleanly, your home network is where to look. Send us what you find and we will take it from there.
