The terms on which BINGE IPTV supplies a subscription, and what each of us is responsible for.

1. These terms
These terms apply when you buy a BINGE IPTV subscription. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you pay rather than afterwards.
Needs confirming: The supplying legal entity must be named here, with its company number, registered address and the country whose law governs these terms.
2. What we supply
A subscription giving access, for a fixed term, to the channel and on-demand content carried in your package, delivered over your own internet connection.
We do not supply hardware, and we do not publish our own application. You install a third-party IPTV player from your device’s app store. That player is provided by its own developer under its own terms, and we are not responsible for it.
Channel line-ups change. We do not guarantee that a particular channel, program, film or sporting event will be available for the whole of your term. If a specific channel is the reason you are subscribing, ask us before you order.
3. Ordering and activation
This website does not take payments. Orders are placed by contacting us, usually on WhatsApp. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and you pay, not when you send the first message.
Because a person handles each order, activation is not automatic and we do not promise a specific activation time. We will tell you where your order stands.
Needs confirming: List the payment methods actually accepted and describe how payment is taken. Do not describe a checkout that does not exist.
4. Prices and renewals
Current prices are shown on our plans page in US dollars, and the whole term is paid once up front.
Nothing renews automatically. Your subscription simply ends at the close of its term unless you contact us to extend it. We do not store payment credentials for recurring billing.
We may change our published prices at any time. A change never affects a term you have already paid for.
Needs confirming: State whether prices include or exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT, and whether that depends on the customer’s country.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your subscription details private. They identify your account, and sharing them may end your access.
- Use the service only on the number of devices your subscription allows, at the same time.
- Use the service for private viewing. Public showings, redistribution, rebroadcast and resale are not permitted.
- Provide your own device and internet connection, and cover their cost.
- Comply with the law that applies where you are watching.
Needs confirming: Confirm the simultaneous-connection allowance that is actually enforced, and state it here as a number so the clause is enforceable.
6. What we do not promise
The service is supplied as it is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free playback, and we do not promise a particular picture quality, because playback depends on the source, on your device, on your home network and on your internet connection — none of which are within our control.
Maintenance, source-side changes and events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a subscription without refund where these terms are breached — in particular where credentials are shared, where the service is redistributed, or where it is used unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first.
You may stop using the service at any time. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the term in question.
Needs confirming: This clause must be reviewed by a qualified adviser against the consumer law of the markets served. Consumer protections differ substantially between jurisdictions and cannot always be limited by contract.
9. Intellectual property
The BINGE IPTV name, logo, written content and artwork on this website belong to us. Device, platform and application names used on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear only to describe compatibility; their use does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order governs that order. The current version always appears on this page, dated at the top.
