Refund Policy
When a refund applies, when it does not, and how to ask for one.

Draft pending review. This policy was prepared to describe how BINGE IPTV operates, and it has not yet been checked by a qualified legal adviser. The points marked below need the business’s own details before this page should be treated as final.
The principle we work to
If the service does not work and the reason is on our side, we will put it right or refund you. If it does not work because of something at your end, we will help you fix it — and we will tell you honestly which of the two we think it is.
Before you order
The best refund is the one nobody needs. Message us first with your device, how many screens you want to watch on at once, and the two or three channels that matter most to you. We would rather tell you not to order than take money for something that will not suit you.
When we would normally refund
- Your subscription was never activated and you no longer want it.
- A fault on our side prevents the service working, and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
- We supplied a plan materially different from the one you agreed to.
When a refund would not normally apply
- The subscription works, but you have changed your mind after using it.
- Playback problems are caused by your internet connection, your home network or your device, and persist after we have worked through them with you.
- A particular channel or event is not carried, where you did not ask about it before ordering.
- Access has been suspended or ended because of a breach of our terms.
- You did not respond to our attempts to help resolve the problem.
Needs confirming: Decide and state a cooling-off window — for example a refund available within a set number of days of activation — and whether it is reduced or void once the service has been used. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights in the markets served may override whatever is chosen, and a qualified adviser should confirm this section before it is published as final.
How to request one
- Tell us what is wrong Message us with your device, your player app and what you are seeing. Most refund requests turn out to be fixable in a few messages.
- Give us a chance to resolve it If it is something we can fix, we will. If it is something at your end, we will say so and explain why.
- Ask for the refund If it cannot be resolved, say that you would like a refund and we will deal with it.
Needs confirming: State how long a refund takes to process, and the method used — normally a return to the original payment method. Confirm this with the payment processor before publishing a timescale.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside the consumer rights the law gives you where you live. It does not replace or reduce them.
